Description
Online Training Program Available:
6 week program
Program will be designed to fit your goal and current fitness level.
Diet and Supplement program will be provided.
* Program will be designed based on what equipment client has access to. ( no equipment no worries)
* Weekly chats with trainer for accountability
* Program can be renewed every 4weeks as programs will changed based on clients progress.
1 on 1 Personal Training
* Training session will be a private session in studio with Trainer.
• Personal Training Packages available upon request for best rates.
•Customized workout designed based on current fitness level and goal.

• 6 week Training Program will consist of (12) 1hr private sessions. 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks. Package can be converted into a 4 week program with 3 sessions per week if Desired.
Fitness Assessment:
Will consist of trainer taking weight, measurements, and body fat. Trainer also will help clients come up with a realistic game plan based on goals.
